If members do their discussions with two parties then others cant see those. If every one do their discussions through group chat facility then there will be a diduction of posts.

I think there is a facility called privet message. Is that is enable?

If Group chat facility provided then its better to make those discussions publick.

The main shot of the app has to be the Main Forum board.
Then other tabs.
Private messaging is not a must, I say...
