I would suggest that you post some source. If you say it's from your friend, it is not credible is it? anyway better if you post that for the benefit of the members.

I know for a fact there will be no bonus along the lines mentioned above issued at all. In fact the company is still working out a new bonus/compensation scheme and still trying to get its house back in order (tough work)
