- Market is undervalued relative to interest rates (5.8%).
- Strong macro fundamentals - Strong GDP growth, low & sustainable inflation, stable currency.
- Corporate earnings growth to revive on reduction in finance costs (interest rates), utility and fuel/energy prices (lower opex).
Seems like a buying opportunity.

This market will not fall continuously until interest rates start rising. The only warring factor for me is on paper the P/E is still 19.60 times for audited financials released.
Actually it should be below that with latest numbers.
