According to calculations last friday Richard Pieris Finance bought Chilaw Finance PLC at 26.50 and their holding is as @ yesterday 83.17%. They are collecting from the market and there's only few shares in the market. (Less than 3 million shares).
This will go to 50 in no time

depend on the mandatory offer price ..may be it can be @26.50..
any how now this is also very illiquid
and bull trend paly with these type of shares
so its no bad

maximum try to enter in low then safe trading

Yes true. Mandatory offer is @ 26.50 and the best thing is Richard Pieris Finance is going to change the name of "Chilaw Finance PLC" to "Richard Pieris Finance PLC" and after the mandatory offer i dont think that there will be much shares in the market because some of the shareholders dosent know that they have share in CFL because CFL allocated 800,000-1,000,000 shares to their employees and they dont know about shares...etc.
Im so sure today somebody collected nearly 150,000 shares and looking forward to push it to 50 levels. (inside info)
Even i bought 20000 shares @ 28-29 levels under a strong recommendation which i cant disclose. But im sharing my info with you guys who wants to make some money next week.

CFL and GSF high Risk and handel with care not like others stocks like NIFL and TIFL both are 2%

shares in the market thatwhy success the game.
