Former Credit Suisse Asia Pacific Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer Dumith Fernando-led consortium has agreed to buy Asia Securities 75% and York Street Partners will hold 11%.

Although news was out from last twoo weeks and some papers published the story still regulator or CSE never temporary halted the trading of Asia Capital (ACAP) stocks though last few weeks regulator and CSE temporary halted all other stocks pending announcements.

Still Asia Capital had not disclosed anything about the sales purchase agreement officially to CSE.

Isn't it unethical?
