It is very interesting to see 2.52 of EPS for the December quarter. This is more than what I expected. As I earlier told Aluminium related companies will perform well in coming months & years. Earlier alumex good results published. Now PARQ also followed.
Now, PARQ will around 10 EPS for annum. Currently trading at below 5 PE. This is massively undervued gem now.

Almost 2 Million shares traded now & PARQ is trading 43 range. interesting to see last hour trading.

realy PARQ is a superb gem now. I think this is the time to collection for Inteligent investors. We can see clearly quarter on quarter massive profit growth of the company.
As I earlier mentioned Aluminium related companies will perform realy well in comming months and comming quarters. Once we saw the real value, we have to collect thease type of gems, ratherthan waiting for a bull run.

Currently, PARQ is trading at 5 -6 range of PER.
My next baarier for PARQ is Rs.54.00. Then it will break 60.00 before the 31.03.15 reports out.
With the high expectation and bull market conditions, more possible PARQ to break even 72.00 in very short period.

PARQ - Very Important to review 31.12.2014 report.
31.03.2014 Accumulated Loss in the Balace Sheet Rs.(85.2) Mn.
But, 31.12.2014 09 months ended Accumulated Profit in the Bance Sheet is Rs.46.02.
Clearly, It has changed.
Also, as at 31'st Dec2014, their Long term Borrowings and Short Borrowings were massively reduced now.

Dont forget. Their Chairman is Mr.Nimal Perera. Can remember after accquation of RCL, NOW it is multi Billion company. This quarter RCL has reported more than 600 Mn Profit for the quarter with Mr.Nimal Perera's input. Why forget PARQ future.

Compaire to previous year PARQ revenue has increased by 25 %.
Gross Profit was up by 58 %.
Finance Cost Reduced by 53%.
Profit before Tax is up by 312%.
PAT up by 324%.

Last year 09 monthe ended 31.12.2013 EPS 1.29 & THIS YEAR 09 MONTHS ENDED 31.12.2015 eps 5.29. What a growth & it was up by 315%.
Also, Operating Cash Flow massively improved.
See, Group Aluminium segment has increased by 432%.

Lanka Aluminium (LALU) DISCLOSED 9.17 for their 09 months. It was superb as PARQ 3RD QUARTER results. This is what we expected Aluminium Profits.
ALUMEX, PARQ, LALU all are now with massive profits.

Tomorrow will be more better for LALU holders. LALU Annualize EPS ARROUND 12 & now trading at 5 PER. So, possible to reach Rs.90 range or above. (12 eps x 8 PER).

But, if you compaire PARQ with LALU,
PBT of LALU 114 Mn reported & 109 Mn came from Aluminium Segmant.
PBT of PARQ 167 Mn reported & 114 came from Aluminium Business. Balance 53 Mn came from Tile Business. So, PARQ is better investment.
