Greetings all, conducting a small survey on stock market websites. Would be great to have responses from active investors, it's just two questions will take less than a minute to complete.

Stock brokers websites only blow their trumpet and promote their associate companies as good investments. This has been a hallmark of all stock broker websites. I dont need to give any example, just visit any one of the websites. We at Sri Lanka Equity Analytics follow a totally different approach toward meeting the needs and aspirations of our members.

In my opinion stock brokers should use website only to provide their corporate information and refrain from providing biased research articles and other unspecialized services. All other areas except trade executions should be assigned to the specialist in those areas. Half baked products will only confuse and mislead the innocent investors and will have long term repurcussion to a stock market. Therefore it may be a wise idea to spend money spent on upgrading upgarding broker websites to train investment advisors so that they would provide a professional service to retailers and other clients.
