CSE/SEC rule is 45 days after the end of the quarter, Is it ? So March 31 + 45 days = May 15. Why still these reports are not submitted ? Or is it 45 Working days ? Or Is this end of the year for these firms ? Then its 2 months I suppose..

I think it is 45 working days.
So according to calculations I think closing date is around 14th June.

Its 45 days for quarter end unless it the year end as well in which case it is 60 days. These companies have a 3-30 year end and so has 60 days; I think next Friday is the deadline.

Week or two back I got a letter from BFL asking whether I would like to have the annual report in paper version or in a CD. there was a deadline to respond to that and I think it falls in next week.

With an already achieve 9 month EPS of 22.87 and an expected EPS of atleast 10, March quarter ( which gives better Rubber collection compared to December usually) Estimate of Rs 32+ EPS is highly on the cards.

Being the largest rubber plantation in Sri Lanka and one of the best managed, KGAL should be given better recognition PE wise. Alteast thats what I think. The comparatively higher share price might be deterring some people compared to other plantations trading lesser but this deserves to break the previous high of Rs 280 easily.

Also did you guys notive that if you take off the top 20 holder the rest is at around 20% only. When this larger seller get cleared this can make run quicker. All the best KGAL and it holder.
