As soon as the results out, this will go up and will come to a stand still on the following day. Then I am planning to exit.

Can anyone argue on this now after looking at the results. People who sold will be happy now. But the warring thing is the ones who expected massive results will definitely sell to make a short term trading gains.

So it will be a temporary fall in LIOC.

But this stock still remains attractive.So hopefully will not fall much. Very Happy

Still this is worth as P/E is bellow 8

However I expect this as Indians don't want to show high profit by selling fuel in LK.
They know who we are..

Oil prices started coming down from August and the LIOC will get the benefit in the 3rd quater onwards.3rd qtr G.P. may go up by another 12% and the EPS may go up above Rs. 5/-March qtr EPS may go up above Rs. 5/- even if the prices are slashed by about 15%. This is because more benefit will be there to LIOC if the prices are in $80 range. Expectations are that oil prices will be in this range for next 2 years. Since govt need money for the development activities, selling prices may not be reduced that much.
Annual EPS may go above Rs. 15/- for 2014/15

Don't worry. If you can hold on for few days you will get the benefit.

That means this run will end & new run will begin later but the time & dates unknown.

This is what i have told on 13/11/2014 (RPPA). The people how have listened have succeeded.If so the stress level is less now.

I already sold at 65 and my re entering price is 55 if it comes down before year end. (probably next two weeks)

Even results are not up to our expectations,LIOC is maintaining good earning per share.It will reach Rs 80/- once 3rd quarter results comes out.Because whole over 3rd quarter oil price are below USD 85/-.
