Rubber prices have come down, so TYRE should do well. Maybe will reach 84 levels

TYRE this result is through the JV performance. There is only a slight improvement in PAT for the 6 months versus last year(2 Mn reduction in loss) and the quarter PAT figures has deteriorated versus same period last year.

Also when it comes to JV, GP has come down by 72Mn. This improvement in bottom line (JV) is mainly due to reduction in finance cost from 38Mn to 4Mn, which is really surprising.

Borrowing details of the JV is not available in this report to make a direct comment, however their Non current liabilities has increased by 30Mn, in contrary to the reduction in Finance costs.

Also don't know whether that Finance Cost is a netted amount with some finance income or something(ie; reason for huge reduction in Finance Cost)

I don't know whether I am missing something here. Question

Exactly my point..core business income not showing much improvement

I valuation terms TYRE bit overvalued.

But i see something different in TYRE. Therefore lookout i expect TYRE to appreciate big in mid to long term specially when the rubber prices are at this low.
