I would like highlighting the 9 months results as follows,
EPS 12.5 If Annualized = 16.6 P/E 5.8
Net asset = 141/-
Cash per share = 22/-
Number of shares = 25.2 Mn.
Highest Traded price during the period = 124/-
Current Trading price = 97/-The main reason to trade at this price is right issue announcement
But this share still trading with 1 right per 2 share
If you work out the numbers there should be minimum 50% gain

As per my understanding this is the most undervalued share in the financial sector
I already holds ESL and CINV no doubts these two shares will move up, people are talking about them.
But I wonder why people do not talk about SDB, however I have start started collecting SDB..
This for your attention and valuable comments please…..

Even though we can't see a major shareholder in the list but all most all the shareholders are Sanasa group members, as per my understanding about 80% of shares holding by Sanasa.
I am sure they won’t allow diluting their holding, therefore they definitely subscribe for rights.
Rights also will trade at a high rate.
If I were at Sanasa I would declare an Interim dividend for existing shareholders so that they can utilize it to by new shares.
As per my calculations Cum rite price should be at least 125/- ex right 100 after the right issue it should move again…………..

I think one problem with SDB is government use the bank as they want without thinking about its financial situation. Like recent past bank had to give loans as elections .

Is this true? I think GOVT cannot influance this bank as there not having any stake here.
I think you talk about Samurdi Bank.

Any way SDB is one of the most Cash rich bank at the moment now its 22/- per shre after the right issue another 80/- per 3 shares will add.

Hi
Thanks, I thought they have control over and a connection. Thanks for correcting me.
I couldn't see who are the major share holders of the bank.
If not, yes this is a good share.
