they'll do it in person at a hotel or office, not even paperwork left then. all most all the insider traders are living in colombo. they can just meet in a few minutes. give the tip. get on with it. on the other hand in USA they have to take flight to do that.
if sri lankans get 'legal' permission to wiretap, other things can happen.
better thing to do is analyze the patterns in transactions, like in casino.
