can you please give the formula to calculate PEG and what should a companies P/E indicate. i mean healthy P/E.....please advice..await your reply Very Happy

I usually look at the PE & book value.
Lower the PE, return is quick.

how do you consider a lower PE, below what number? and what would be consider a higher PE comparing to what value ?

PE should be below 15. But I consider below 10 as a value stock to invest.

PER-Price Earning Ratio = Current selling price / Earning Per Share
Ex : S. Price Rs.41/ EPS 2.84 = 14.44 (you are paying 14.44 to buy 1 rupee earnings)

Shark and other technical analysts are doing good job.

But TA is not always correct.Specially no proper place for price mechanism as in case of other market
