According to the CSE release above, dated 19th Nov, the factory will be taken over by the MOD and 'all staff will be retired under a Government sponsored Volantary Retirement Scheme'.
'Volantary', like they have a choice!   lol!

There is no mention of any plans to continue operations.

Since the company has a negative NAV according to their last released figures, and the compensation will probably be at a value decided by the MOD, what will the existing shareholders get eventually?   confused

A liquidater will be appointed to compensate the shareholders.Accordingly price per share will be decided.Sometimes revaluation of land and other fixed assets will bring net assets value low or high.Most probably it may be high.

According to the 30/6 interim financial statement NAV is Rs. -3 and 3 month EPS is Rs. -0.009.

With a negative NAV and no furher operations I wonder what people paid Rs.8 per share for?
