Hi experts,

There is a talk that the govt. is going to reduce the petroleum selling prices due to the present world market prices.  I feel the election may also have some influence on this matter. If it happens it will definitely have an impact on LIOC profits.

The reduction in world oil prices will not reflect in Sri Lanka immediately. What IOC is selling here is the stocks they have brought back about six months ago. Anyway Q3 profits will be higher thn Q2. The price of 55 or below will be a good entry point.
