What investors should realise is that out of that 14 EPS nearly 6 is due to an investment property revaluation note 4 in the release).
In fact if you remove the revaluation gains from the March quarter EPS is close to 0. If you take recurring income the PE for the year is more likely above 10 rather than 4.8 you quote.
Of course even CSEC ran inspite of one off income so lets see what happens to RHL.

Interesting, Renuka Group Ltd has disposed some their stake in RHL voting shares. Public holding has increased to 37.57% from 33% as of 3Q.

As innam said, if we remove the revaluation gain from quarter, EPS will be zero. But I wouldn't be surprise even our retailers chase this shares thinking this is massively undervalued.

If we only consider the profit from operations and exclude the one off gains/losses the P/E is around 15 at the current mkt price. Therefore, it's not so heavily undervalued. But I'll not be surprised if there is a mini rally in the morning. If so the best thing to do is enter early and close your position before the market closes.
