In my view;
* No major share holder, 70% owned by public. For me this is not healthy.
* Recently purchased Padiyapelella Hydropower with a 635m loan (This loan amount is more than 50% of their equity). This has both plus and minus (revenue will increase, but incurring renovation cost and loan interest )
* Steady NP ratio over last 4 years that is above 80% (plus point).
* Steady EPS around 0.2 over last 4 years but has not increased
* Good dividend pay-out ratio (nearly 70%) and average 5% dividend yield (plus point)
* Large revenue reserve, they will do something with this money (plus point)
* another plus point is that hydropower will be our main power source for coming 10-20 years as we cannot afford to have a nuclear power plant. alternative power sources (solar energy etc.) will boom but takes time.

Decision is yours.

Good medium term share. Just check financials. Costs are low thus gross profits are high.

PAP announce any dividends in 2014?
I checked CSE last dividend pay in 2013

if they not pay Dividend 2014. I think we can expect around 0.25
