Merger of DFCC, DFCC Vardhana and NDB
Dear all I came to know from a staff of DFCC that they are going to merge DFCC, DFCC vardana and NDB. What will be the outcome and how can we get benefits from this merger ?

I don't think this merger will go ahead as planned.

I too have doubts because this merger was pushed down the throats of NDB and DFCC by PBJ and ANC to facilitate borrowings from abroad for state expenditure.
