As per the announcement Sub Division is based on the shareholding as at end of trading on 24.June. 2011. Therefore if I sell JKH shares today I am still entitled for the subdivision of shares I had as at 24th June. Somebody please clarify.

If sell them today you can't get sud division,if you want get sub division you must sell them after 24-06-2011

Hi there,

Some figures to clarify. If I'm correct JKH announced 3:4 share split; if so if I got 100 shares I would be getting 4/3*100 = 133.33 extra shares?

one last thing. Lets assume that JKH closed at Rs. 300 on the final day of split. How do we calculate the adjusted price when it enters the market?
