it is seemed no one is concerning about PAP and RICH. anyway, I found both of them as bull stocks for prevailing market conditions. today ASI may go upward or downward. according to chart pattern PAP is in uptrend, it is having amazing run. it is consolidating its base cent by cent. building up momentum. I guess still we didn't see the major movement of PAP. anyway, I have PAP tons.

About RICH. even still i'm collecting it, It has formed its strong base around 13.10. still RICH is picking up momentum. today it may down few cents. but 18+ is in the card.( as my view- no guarantee)

if you done any study on LOLC, FLCH, TWOD, SAMP in trade pattern please share.

@xmart
Since PAP has gone up did you book some profits out?

@gann,

4.50 is not a profit taking price. way to go. i didn't sell even a single share, my target is 5+. it might go down again. i like to hold it until it give my expectation. but my chart says, on monday PAP can touch even 4.7~4.9. btw, i know the business well, after one year i except PAP to produce 150Mn net profit. if i sell PAP, it is only because of RICH. if RICH not appreciate on monday, and if PAP tough at least 4.7, I will sell PAP to buy more RICH. it is 20+ stock for me.

gann, like to hear your points.

regard,
xmart

@xmart
pap has heavy resistance at 4.60. if it breaks 4.6 + we could expect a massive rally.

But if pap touches 4.30 again i would have doubts about the strength of the trend.

@gann,
Pattern is so strong to break the resistance. even if it not break the resistance I suppose it may not drop to 4.30. if this is on track it should break the 4.60 and close on or above 4.60 or even at 4.50. if not i will quit my position. both RSI and Stochastic said PAP has more room to appreciate.
we'll see!

i want to add this extra bit to my analysis for completeness. if it touches 4.30 and not followed by a high volume bullish candle bar, i would have serious doubts about the strength of the trend.

@gann,

its wonderful. i didn't thought it couldn't penetrate 4.60. anyway I sold out at 4.50~4.60. and entered to KGAL.

oh yes, I sold out 500,000 PAP shares @4.60. because I didn't expect such a rally. of course for 10% profit. i'm not a person who cry for split milk. its nature of share market.

anyway, I move to KGAL @198~204.
PEG ratio= 0.16 for expected EPS of 45 for 2012. it is possible with ever increasing rubber prices. in short term, KGAL may drop because rain and related production drop. I would consider this as opportunity to grab this share. within 9 month i believe KGAL to break 375.

PAP was bullish at 4.60 and all the indications, MACD, Bollinger bands, Relative strength and Stochastics were positive for a bullish run. Can you explain why you exit the market at such a position??

It is because of ASI chart. I believe all stocks are attached to ASI. ASI haven't any strong uptrend to support such a rally. PAP had strong pattern, but there was bit struggling at 4.60. then I booked my profit, moreover, KGAL was traded at attractive price and attractive valuation.

today rally on PAP, is totally different from a rally. 80% of shares out of 500 Mn shares with 80% price appreciation with nearly 10,000 trades. first question is,
who sold?
where from the such a buying pressure?
what trigger such rush?

I don't believe that crossing @6 cannot make such things, because before sometime there was a crossing @7.

Pap didnt touch 4.30 and pap broke 4.60 and as pointed out it went for a massive rally.
But today the market got over extended. I expect a decline tomorrow, if not manipulated.

What will happen to those who bought huge volumes between 8.00-8.50?

My personal view is that it'll move up even with the price band, the momentum is there for one last push before the price changes. But the massive crossover at 6 means that it'll trade somewhere around that price for sometime..

This is my personal view, correct me if I'm wrong. Anyway I'll sell my part as soon as it hits 9 and leave. It's still a 100%+ trade for me. And I'm happy that I bought this without any advice from anyone. Don't you think it's impressive for someone been in the market fro less than a month??

Today market went for big rally mainly in PAP. But the other all shares with share price less that 10 Rs get increased by good margin after long time like VPEL, BLUE N, HPFL N,TESS N, SEMB N,NHL N etc... Any reason for this..,

Seems like after what happened with CSF, people are now more interested in penny stocks and the huge profit margins they can deliver. It's no surprise. A share worth Rs.2/= will move by Rs.0.10 and it's a 5% rise and a share worth Rs.100/= making the same move is a 0.1% rise and still end up in a loss after considering the taxes..

I also thought same... but all the penny stocks together in same day makes surprise ??
