Currently selling pressure is there. Since buying was also there in the last couple of weeks it delayed PARQ getting corrected to Rs 35.

It may (or should) come to Rs 35 levels in near future - which is the price at 7300-7350 ASI levels. Higher ASIs will take it towards RS 40.

After that, the Dec quarter results and how players want to play the game will determine the price.

I would like to add PARQ to my watchlist for 2015. Expected price is Rs 55/- and above in short run.

Why?

Company is doing extremely well.
1. Impressive growth in performance in recent Quarters YoY.

2. Continuously reducing Banks liabilities ultimately increasing NAV, Annualized earnings would justify the above price and above.

3. Highest profits generated in Q4 during last 2 years. Hence we can expect better results. Company has made losses in history. However after the takeover by Lanka Tiles, company is performing well.

4. Ill-liquid Share in the market and Dr Senthilvel is on top 3 shareholder list.

Considering all above facts PARQ displays signs to jump out of blocks.

Happy Investments

PARQ is a good share.

Short term run will depend on how big players play and how the company will perform.

Dr Senthilverl has sold most of his shares.

So consider a medium to long term perspective to be on the safer side.

Fuel cut is mainly benefitting for the tile companies. PARQ is not exactly tiles.

But indirectly benefitted when tile sales increase.

Be realistic and don't over-expect from this good share.

I also mentioned results will be good. Pls read what i have said.

Just that big players will decide when it will run. So may or may not be immediate.

Anyway can easily move to Rs 40 if ASI goes towards 7600+

Lot of selling will start around Rs 39.50 and moving up from that...
