I am happy to report that Kapi shares based on the recent rights were lodged yesterday and the refund checks were sent out also yesterday according to the Company Secretaries office. Those who applied for additional shares will get the first 1000. Over the 1000 applied will be given at 0.66% ratio.

I have purchase rights and the relevant payment made for shares.but still in my portfolio that shares were not appearing.lokka please tell me what has happened

I got the refunded money. If I go with Lokka1's calculation, they've deducted money for 1000 + 6.6% of the rest additional shares requested Smile

. Still shares are not added on CDS account.

I think it will be lodged on Monday(coming) in your CDS account
I also Applied for Additional Rights they offer me 2255 shares (additional only) but still not in my PF

so they didn't issue not much additional , therefore price drop not much possible as well

seems like KAPI can drop 57/= level again or maximum 55/= when the rights in the market
