CSE is becoming a place to be more than vigilant for us....just to list down some reasons.

1. SEC rules
Arbitrary change in rules in very short time. less governance of the ethical considerations
2. Over priced IPOs
EXPO & SOFTLOGIC
3. Manipulations and Undercover activities
4. Insider trading
It is usual to see a massive run in the share price before any price sensitive news comes out.

I totally agree with all your points. I think at the moment arbitrary change in SEC rules are promoting insider trading. I think some big players knew well ahead of the others on the change in SEC rules.

Agreed Bro.

Sad to see more and more tinymen like us taking the bait everyday.

Atleast some of the threats can be avoided easily. Like staying away from high priced IPOs.

Nothing much we can do about the grate minds that regulate the game.
