This is not a good stock, They have gone for a IPO but did nothing with it's money. Just the Land is there. Check the Annual Report what bullshit their chairman says, nothing about the Company. This is just another PCH to me. Only worth their holding in CLND (22%). Don't buy as a Investment. Good to trade but never knows when it gonna fall.

we cant compare like PCH CITK major share holders are REEF and Capital trust and still have healthy assets more than 8

Buddy most veterans in the market knows the history of Capital Trust. But my point was If they are not building the hotel with using IPO money what is the point of keeping this company listed. I think SEC should de-list this type of companies. They did IPO at 17.50 promising building a 5 star hotel and the people who bought their shares at that price certainly hoped they will use those money to build the hotel. If they can't do that what's the point of keeping the company listed. I think they should wind up the company and give their money back to shareholders, If they keep going like this no one knows until NAV come to a minus figure like PCH.

i think after ipo sec must give 5 years to complete project with close inspection.this is good for trading for a while.

what will happen, is its obvious the project wont happen in my book a company which breaks a commitment to the public is a dishonest company with no values . have they at least released a statement on why it is not happening
