This is not pure 19th, there are lot of amendments on it and some of them are not clear at all. Some amendments will be activated from next president. This just for a drama only.

With the new constitution everybody believe that Sri Lanka will not face entertain another leader like Mahinda. This is positive news for the market. M3 should dissolve parliament and allow people to decide its representative and the new prime minister.
