Some global markets are in bubble territory now. Even Chinese market has overheated now. Chinese stocks closed at new seven-year highs on Wednesday. Therefore, international investors will look for undervalued markets like Sri-Lanka in the coming months. There were big rally in Asian markets such as China, Hong Kong, Japan and India etc on Friday. Even in Indonesian and Thailand market had some rally on Friday. It is time to identify promising undervalued stock markets, sectors, stocks and commodities in Asia.

Yes. Despite some issues there are opportunities in China. That is why companies like Starbucks, meat companies and tea companies want to start and do businesses with China. Next winning stocks in China are food and beverages.

Markets follow one another. Pakistan market had one of the best bull markets in the world despite political and other short term crisis during last two years. Philippine was another frontier market which had great bull market. Some of the heavy sell off created great investment opportunities for intelligent investors in those markets time to time. In Asia both China and Sri-Lanka began their bull markets in a different way. Despite short term economic issues Chinese market is still rising and has extended lot. Similarly, Sri-Lankan market should continue their bull markets in the coming months while having minor volatility in stocks.

"India is in second phase of a bull market: Ramesh Damani"

If it is so Sri-lankan market must be in the first phase.

Those markets have thousands of listed entities. Indian have 2 stock markets. China,India,Philipine have more population too. Most of the companies are producing to exports. So huge growth & profit can be expected. But our export income is considerably low as well as more quality companies must be listed in CSE. Eg.Loadstar

Asian frontier markets such Pakistan, Vietnam and Sri-Lanka resilient today. Other Asian markets had some selloff due to Greek Drama. These types of things have become normal now. When market creates volatility some investors and traders benefit lot. All types of markets had volatility in June due to so many reasons. Month of July should see next direction of stocks and commodity market. Some frontier markets are ideal places to park money due to attractive valuation.

Frontier markets are the places to hide when other markets become extremely overvalued. In the commodity market there is some short term support. Energy, Agri and soft commodities are showing some weakness. On the other hand prices of emerging commodities such as tea should rebound strongly in the coming weeks and months.

It is time to identify value stocks and value markets like Sri-Lankan frontier market.

Finally Asian markets rebounded strongly including Chinese market today. Chinese market is having huge rally after selloff. Some markets are overvalued and investors should bring new funds to undervalue markets in the coming months.
