As everyone grabs for dividend shares. the prices of them have gone up and up.
now they are reaching the top limit barriers,
while some other potential stocks are still awaiting a run.
maybe a fewer loss making or a breakeven company.
companies with potential.
any suggestions on them?
predictions on the 2nd wave of stocks and opportunities?

Thank you for reminding these type of stocks. It is time to look for some loss making companies before they make profit toward second half of  this year and in 2016 in a favorable industry  environment. By that time when bull market become very hot these second tier stocks also will have great demand.

We already had strong breakout in some 2nd wave stocks. They could explode in the coming months due to strong earnings.

We will take a list of some loss making companies. We should screen further down. We should pick companies having marginal loss or less than others in the group. Then we have to study their industry. When are they going to have turnaround? Sometimes within a month any industry can have strong comeback. So there are opportunities.

Then they are damn cheaper than other stocks. Some stocks are trading one or two third of their net asset value. Earning can come down in one or few quarters. But they are not going to bankrupt. Then stock prices are not going to the zero unless it becomes bankrupt. They have certain value.  After all this is a bull market. Any stock can go up suddenly when market players create demand for it.

Remember in bull market prices of many stocks will go up. It is time to identify some loss making companies as well before they make profit during next few months to next few quarters.

We should be able to find above type of stocks in out of favor stocks as well. Some have great value. In bull market prices of many stocks will go up specially in the second half. Some new stocks also will have mega rally due to attractive earnings and growth.

It is time to identify few attractive loss making companies and study their turnaround situation during next three to four quarters. By that time bull market will pass middle phase and lot of stocks will become expensive. For example if I am correct both GRAN and BFL made some losses in one or two quarters during last two financial years. Those who didn’t panic and had idea about strong turnaround situation and industry prospects are going to be winners this time. Similarly we should identify prospects in some neglected industries now. It is also time to identify some second tier stocks and out of favour stocks as well. Good luck!
