Banseli Royal Resorts Hikkaduwa has posted 32 million loss (-60 cents per share) for the year of 2014/15 which is 1599% as a percentage compare with last year. There were lot of promotions were going on few weeks before which can be reached 15-25 rupees. Some of them told that mr.Dhammika perera will acquire shares from the director. YES, I SAW IT. Teller see how CFT get such a big profit within a short period. I think it will reach over 12 soon, why we do not think such a share?

Yes some hotels loss making PALM GARDEN HOTELS also EPS -(17.00)

In simply what i wanted to tell you that we should not keep over hopes. Thats why i downgraded BRR post at the same time. I got blame too. How ever we should see positives as well as negatives. Yes maran,some hotels make lossess but see Galadari is improving. GHLL Shows continuous growth. As per my calculations it should trade around 16/-. keep your eye on it. But i dont have any holdings.

Teller, it’s really unfortunate why traders in CSE are chasing shares without even looking at a financial statement of a company. They just follow the crowd.
BRR is having NAV of 5.43 and making an annual loss of Rs. 0.60 per share but still trading at a higher premium price of 11.50.
Appreciate your effort to educate the forum members.

Yes Galadari hotel improving the business 12.00 to 13.00 is good for buy.

Senthu, i am not talking about Fundamental's in BRR & Anilana . I only saying that BRR & Anilana will run with manipulation, even AAF too. U will see this soon.

the sad part is some innocent investors who don't have a financial background and have habit of trusting everyone also get caught into this gilmart.
