Colombo Dockyard (DOCK)– current price 161.50
Ceylon Tobacco (CTC) – current price 891
Free Lanka Company Holdings (FLCH) current price 1.40

Is there any reason for that?
Is it worth to buy these shares at this price?

I also noticed it today, thought of buying DOCK and CTC. But unfortunately I don't have buying power.
