I don't know, it will move or not but if you want to make your money double within a year period then, of course, yes .. maybe within the month can happen but within the year period more than 100% return sure.
buy and wait.. it is a very safe investment never go below 50cts..

Tomorrow is the last day to grab SEMB.N at 0.60cts then we can't get even at 0.60cts

From Monday SEMB move towards 1/=

For me NV is really attractive at 20 cents and hope it will give a reasonable return.

I told you to buy @ 0.40cts and 0.50cts .. even told you to grab at 0.60cts ..but you missed guys now no sellers ...Monday SEMB will pass 0.90cts then 1.30...

This time SEMB is ready to fly because they are showing the profit and major shareholders hold more than 65% now ...

So SEMB is the stable company now and they will progress positive and when they going to merge with some other company then you will get best benefits

Guys please don't compare ASPH and SEMB . ASPH is pure crap. Refer SMB leasing PLC financials it's not crap and It's not Fundamental but it is a average growing company. Last quarter financial is really good even with COVID-19 . SMB leasing PLC is fulfilled 3bn capital requirements as said in right issue So, I hope. It should go for a merge and upgrades itself as a finance company. Upgrading will support it's earning in near future.

Mr.Ravi wijerathna Increased his stake in SEMB with the recently concluded Rights issue to 64.4% & now offering us a mandatory offer to buy back rest of N @ cents 35 He will now – after a longer time be the signal largest N share holder
He had only 16% now bought more than 48% @ .35 now holds 64.4% of voting shares

He is an experienced business man with connections I doubt very much that he bought this SEMB for nothing surely some things will happen.Look last few days trading - SEMB - N -Appreciated to cents 50 & SEMB X Largely trading @ cents 20 Something’s may have being planned

Those who have bought at cents 12 during the rights issue if this moves to cents 30 - Gain is huge over 150 %
SEMB is not a zero valued company as well - we need to think Smart ways for the future.

Remember same sort of thing happen with ASPH it was trading at LKR 400 Then subdivision came 1- 4500 – value was after subdivision was cents 8 yet it traded @ cents 20 and shoot up to over LKR 1 .May be SEMB will give us some opportunities more than ASPH Crap.

My Target for Semb. N is Rs.6/= and Semb.x is Rs. 4/= before end of 2022

What is the purpose of recently concluded rights issue ?
For business expansion or compiling the requirements of a finance company ?
Why chairman alone increased his stake massively.
Possible mergers with whom at what price and on what basis ?
Is company is a negative assert company ?
Next immediate financials will be improved ?
Past and Future potential Dividend declaration ? Those will be PLUS points.

Do your own home work .

Main shareholder owing more than 65 % of Total holding is positive. And he has showed his confidence by increasing his holdings. By reducing market liquidity itself can appreciate the share price.

Oh my god.. sometimes 94% of shares of the company may be held by two guys..64% by Mr.Ravi wijerathna and
30% by Dr senthilve(if he bought his right).
please check the last interim report.
By two accounts Dr.senthilve hold 30% shares(N) before to right issue.
Please check 1 and 4 in 20majority share holder list..

@jana .as you correctly predicted SEMB voting reached its price..
But I observe Non voting did not move comparatively voting may be due to few sellers at 40 cents
Due to that reason SEMB NV remains most cheapest in CSE
With the collected money form rights issue following possibilities are there
1 Apply for license for a Finance company
This will significantly change the business module
2 .increased profits With new capital
3. Possible merger with industry player as encouraged by regulator.
4.Taken over by a large industry player as remoured by some

This is not crap share and it has paid a dividend recently and high possibility in paying high dividend yield as more than 60 % owned by a single share holder

Nonvoting shares are also not bad at this price,

compare with the Voting share price 0.90Cts you can buy 3 nonvoting shares at 0.30cts

so you can make a good profit even it's cleared at 0.40cts.

SEMB N will pass 1.50 soon that time NV reaches 0.50cts 0.60cts ( If someone plan to collect NV also then it will trade close to Voting price level)

We never know anything can happen in CSE
