I have PMB shares...what should I do???..Plz advice me..

Recently, the CEO of the company was removed by the CBSL (must be for bad mangement). Also CBSL appointed PLC as their managing agent. These are all as a result of poor management which has also resulted in employee dissatisfaction. Hence, I think it will take sometime for the company to get back in shape.

Also there is a mandatory offer announced at LKR22 per share. (up to you to accept or not)

So, if you are at a profit why don't you book it and look for other sound companies which are performing really well under these market conditions.

But, if you have the patience and long term view, then may be hold it for the long term.
