Visiting U.S. Assistant Secretary for Democracy, Human Rights and Labor Tom Malinowski, confirming that the U.S. will sponsor another resolution on Sri Lanka at the UN Human Rights Council in September, said the U.S. will continue to encourage Sri Lanka on reforms and change after September.
