GSF Fastest Growing Finance Company, Few years ago went up 1500.00 and now trading price very Attractive.

GSF March Quarter Earning per share .65 Cents and June Quarter Earning per Share Increase to .82 cents, P/E 6.5.

Next Quarter Highly Expecting Earning per share more than 1.25 + , Then yearly 1.25 * 4 = 5.00 Rupees.

Gainer didn't you say ESL will achieve 5eps last qtr, but what happen?? When I argued with you u said let wait n see when report comes out. You said 80 target n u exited at 40 level. Don't mislead forum members.
Pls clarify your reasoning behind 1.25 next qtr report.

I never say esl target 80.00 don't tell big lie, my target only 50.when i recommend esl it was traded at 32.00 after that went up 42.50, however went up more than 30% Profit.you say big lie esl will come down 20 levels. you Don't mislead the forum members.
This my prediction only.every one prediction some stocks in this forum 100% correct ?
This is freedam forum every one can prediction and write in his/her knowledge.
I think you want to buy GSF at low price bring down the share price and buy that's why you mislead the forum members.

I do not know about other predictions of Gainer but GSF is a sure shot at this Level.

I know one thing that GSF will not fly till i finish my hunting.
At least you do not have a risk since the mandatory offer was at 22.5.......

Arena I'm not GSF is not good share to buy, I think at these level it has potential to hit 30 mid/long term. Only problem I had was the post saying they'll achieve 1.25qtr eps fr nxt qtr. I don't know hw he came to that figure, so as a fellow forum member I'm only asking gainer pls show me hw u came to that value or Is't like the statement he made on ESL..
I also bought GSF but I don't have a major upside outlook like you guys have. If you look at there financials closely you can see that there impairment charges fr loan and other losses is at a positive figure. That have helped there bottom line immensely this yr. I don't think they can maintain that sought of a figure in the future.

Your point noted.

GSF has a huge impairment loss recognized in last quarter. That is one major step any financial institution do when management need to restructure the institution. Therefore there can be some written off loans been paid by customers.

Any way this has a good NAV and not making losses at all. So we should believe in new management to turn around the company.

GSF [DDFC] announced in public that they looking for a investor for a join venture,,, there is a rumor that GSF going to join venture with the prearrange Japanese company.
so GSF will sell to the above company some part of shares hopefully [30% around] as experts say.

the deal price will be around 35 rs. per share as they hope.

deal will be done in a near future day.

If those kind of rumors ar circulating, those ar created by promoters who's trying to pump n dump. I also entered into it around 21 level but going to exit around 28level. This share doesn't have much of a value above 30. There profitability is there last qtr due to abnormal NPL provision being positive compared with previous five qtrs.

If some sought of a deal happens it will happen below 30level, nt at 35. Don't get sucked into false rumors.
