If TAFL is traded Rs.150/- range, then definitely BFL should be traded above Rs.300/-. See the valuation.

TAFL
31.03.2015 end quarter EPS = 3.35
30.06.2015 end quarter EPS = 4.56
Total EPS for last 06 months = 7.92

BFL
31.03.2015 end quarter EPS = 5.93
30.06.2015 end quarter EPS = 9.02
Total EPS for last 06 months = 14.95

You can see always almost BFL earnings are double with compare to TAFL earnings. Poultry leader BFL is very strong & with the valuation wise it should trade at double price of TAFL.

see Net Asset Value comparison:
TAFL = NAV Rs.53.93
Currently trading at 2.63 times of its NAV.

BFL = NAV Rs.129.70
Currently trading at 1.48 times of its NAV.

So, Net asset valuation wise BFL is undervalued.

Current trading PER.
TAFL last quarter EPS 4.56 X 04 = expecting 18 EPS for current year.
Current trading PER = Share Price Rs.142 / EPS 18 = 7.78x PER.

BFL last quarter EPS 9.02 X 04 = expecting 36 EPS for current year.
Current trading PER = Share Price Rs.193 / EPS 36 = 5.36x PER.
If VALUED at 7.78X PER , then BFL should be traded at = Rs.280/-

i think BFL will fly if they give a sub division like LFIN. then value of the bfl will be down and peoples can buy big quantities.

After reporting Sep qtr results of TAFL you will come to know the power of TAFL....
You will be amazed after see the results of TAFL... if TAFL traded Rs.150/- then BFL should be above 300/- Icon_wink

TAFL will touch at least Rs 175/- with the results...

Another good day for BFL.
215,083 shares traded with 41 Million good buying support.
Last week we saw another 343,000 shares were traded with 190 range & and another few lots with 190/-.
Seems 1 Million around BFL shares now changed hand at the range of Rs.190/-. This seems good support for 190/-. So, seems we can expect BFL to upgrade next barrier.
seems TAFL is overvalued at this point. So, BFL should upgrade to next step.

TAFL expetienced some foreign selling. 110,000 Shares sold by foreigners during last few days. They may think TAFL little bit over value now. But BFL still trades in attractive PE. Definitely BFL must pass 300 levels. We can see many more buying in coming days.

Now see the BFL price. It has beat Rs.220/- barrier & now trading at Rs.222/-.
As earlier I mentioned, BFL will be the real winning stock. Company is very large & it is Poultry leader. In coming days we can see the reality.

Seems finally investors identified the Poultry sector HIGH valued stocks. After long period, it is very happy to see BFL again above 225/-.
I expect minimum 30 EPS for the current financial year from BFL.
Also see now food sector CCS is currently trading at 16x PER.

Question, can BFL also trade above 15x PER? currently it is trading 7.0x PER.

They are willing to keep TAFL minimum another 6-9 months...

In near future we can see Rs 10-15 daily price appreciations from TAFL & BFL (just what happened in 2011)....

Among 03 poultry stocks TAFL has recorded highest profitability levels just ahead of BFL for SEP-15 qtr.

At least I will keep my holding another 6-9 months...

I will not surprise if these 03 poultry stocks reach 2011 prices in coming months according to the prevailing market sentiments...
