Yes these are very good choice for medium and long term. You can add some bank counters like NTB, SEYBX. these are now very attractive price. And current price of CINV is quit good to think. ( Just do some analysis.. Not a recommendation)

So, each RENU share supposed to get 7/- dividend from DFCC in this quarter. @seyon: Each share of RENU 'includes' 1 share of DFCC and 0.13 shares of COMB; therefore, COMB is included in ipoguru's package, don't you think?
