According to their announcement the proposed sale will generate them a capital gain of at least Rs550mn . This translates to an EPS of positive Rs4.7.

Their current NAV to increase from 12.47 to 17.17. So I think collecting around 9.30 level would be low risk strategy for a return of 20%-25%.

This is a old news mate. This reflected in their last quarter statements also. They had lot of cash and cash equivalents. They may have diversified their business as they intended to do with the money they raised. Need to see their statements this time around. Anyway I have got this in my basket.... a good share particularly in a export friendly, rupee depreciating environment.

yeas... EC. Definitely this will give a gud return if can get in now. they had ample cash to deal with and hope they have done well in the last quarter.
