Well, those who were panic in LGLX and PCH must have been repented with the price rise. As a result, people who collected at 34-35 level need not to be panic and sell off them. The valuation of Net Assets Per Share is obviously be around Rs. 83. Trading at 34.50. Definitely should touch 60 level. Therefore, no need to be panic and lose this opportunity.

i am wonder y any so called analyst missed this from last q. this note was there in the MADU financial statment almost 3 months. now only we talk about it .

i need replyes from our senior members on this matter. please let me kw wt is this revaluation. it says the value as 2.1 b increment to the assets and only 29m shares are listed. so per share value will be approximatly 75. can u belive that that there is a company in cse wich is trading at 40% of oits net assets. plz comments. it has given the chance to collect ot at 33 level due to band. will it be harm to go for 100% madu since it is trading at 40& net assets.

Mr. DMA,
I started analyzing the plantation sector once this Madulsima news came out. BOPL, MADU,MASK,TPL are the fully tea based companies. Avg. PBV comes around 1.2. Once the revaluation surplus incorporated in the financial statements, NAPS might increase to 82.66. Valuation based on PBV comes around 82.66*1.2=99.10.

I don't think Rs.99 will be reached in short term. However, 60-75 level reachable in the coming weeks. This is my personal view.
