They have cleared all shares , I think this is the time to go up BFL.N, GRAN and TAFL. Today we can see some short of up.. let's see

they sold ACL last few weeks... and they are selling RCL at 112 - 115 (no confirmed)

Look what they did to ACL, BFL, RCL & OSEA....

We don't need any fund from the government for CSE instead we need only one thing that is not to harm CSE and small investors. They can sell if the report is bad! but....

All are fundamentally good counters and some already reported amazing earnings for Sept quarter.

Despite good financial reports EPF on a selling spree and not allowing the poor investors to make a gain. The selling could at least take place in stages instead just go for a killing.

I said there is a news that FPF looking for JKH stake. Think now JKH is battered with warrant case, casino dilemma and so price is well below. EPF clearing the funds and grab the JKH quantity at a bargain price. Then there will be the news that government will allow JKH to operate a casino under strict control. Then can you imagine what would happen to JKH price and EPF investment? Cool

EPF had 5.3mn as at June. If I am not mistaken they have bought this around 200+. So if they wait for another couple of months then they can easily cover cost. Why they want to realize huge losses by selling at these levels. Why they are so desperate for funds is the question I have.

The only logical reason why I see EPF moving on to this huge sell off is to invest in G Sec.

This is the ideal time to make multiply gains in the G Sec. market as well as to provide the much required funding to the government.

EPF will later enter the stock market when things are on the upward trend. That way, money is always generating returns. This is also the strategy I would take as a fund manager.

BUT

Being the country's largest fund and state controlled, it should have better interest in not obstructing markets by acting in this manner at the expense of other investors. Also, at a time when many new foreign investors are looking at our markets it is definitely not encouraging for such a large fund to act in a petty manner as this. They could have simply sold off to institutional clients at attractive prices that will certainly boost market sentiment that has been subdued heavy post elections since January.

If i'm not mistaken it is around 350. Further there is no EPF in the top 20 list of TAFL. Now BFL cleared and only remaining is GRAN.
