I was expecting this news and I hinted in one of my posts. So I have reshaped my portfolio to capture the upside. As mentioned in my previous post now Im filled with

AEL
HDFC

Collect AEL at 22-24 level and wait till this reach 30.

I don't think AEL owns Access International ( the company that bought Ninewells). If it concerns AEL shouldn't they make an announcement to CSE??

As per Access Engineering PLC web site they have only two subsidiaries:

♦ Access Realties Pvt. Limited 100% ( + AR2 pvt Ltd)
♦ Sathosa Motors PLC 84%

I don't think the benefits of that acquisition will come to AEL as the acquisition was done through a private entity.

Hence, there is no impact on AEL's value of this acquistion.
