Some people said Ravi tried to manipulate stock market by
selling JKH through EPF

It is true or not now JKH and stock market going up now.

SL stock market indices and JKH prices have positive co relation.

When market indicates are going down it is better to check
JKH price before panic selling.

Then no one can manipulate by selling JKH

Experts please tell other shares which highly effect stock market indicators

I am sorry that I don't agree with your comments that JKH will reach 200+ very soon. According to my knowledge I expect that it should reach below or around 150 level before it starts to rise but 200 is like a dream in the short term probably medium term too.

the situation .

We plan to reach 200 level before the april not tomorrow or day after tomorrow.

JKH Will reach 180 level before the March 11, 2016( Friday ).

Dear Valuepick,

To be honest that none of the mentioned factors below are supporting CSE in any way. So I would only recommend the current CSE is good only for long term only or you will see in the coming months. Think and ask yourself about some of the points below. Don't just listen and believe.
Depreciation of rupees
local interest rate rise
federal interest rate hike
huge oil production when demands are low
decrease in exports and increase in imports ( trade deficit)
foreign reserve in the central bank including depreciation and volatility
China's economic conditions
Russia plans to privatise some of its government sector
political instability in Srilanka with complicated corruption and arrests which they find hard to charge on them,
Demand for safe haven increasing after long long time with reasonable prices.

JKH has taken all the hits possible in current scenario together with market uncertainties. But according to my valuations and technical analysis this share is now trading with in a very attractive investment price range. Though we can't completely omit the chances for dropping it to 140s in the case market sentiments does deteriorated further but for a value investor who invest within a medium term to long term time horizon the current price level is ideal for establish positions. Thanks

High expectations are placed, amidst of unprecedented events, JKH would march bravely throughout year 2016. Firm commitment of mega projects not yet firmly concluded would be the next attraction of foreign buyers.
Though predicting a high value of share under ongoing situation is unsure, it is likely to go up by mid year along with JKH positive movements.

JKH after the December Quarter Report there is the Foreign buy going on and moving up day by day this good for coming days very interesting and continue it will move up to break the target 200.00 and JKH.W23 also shoot up to break 45.00

Whatever said and done its the politicians rule this country. They are very much happy if someone offer them a good lump sum payment. And then they will turn any thing into white doesn't matter how much black it is.

Indeed the same is true with JKH. Its the matter of time that JKH will fix a link with current regime and get the desired regulation passed for gaming and entertainment. Unconfirmed sources say after all the current show for anti casino ends and when JKH completes the project in 2017 all are set to open a mega gaming palace within the new project area. So anything is possible within another two years time and the most important thing is to establish positions at the bottom of the share price cycle. Think like a strategic investor when it comes to JKH. Thanks

when JKH completes the project in 2017

They now say the end date will be in 2019.

If you look at the construction , I think piling is almost completed. Concrete super structure needs at least another two years. Interior will go for another one year if started simultaneously next year.
Hence I think opening date will fall in early 2020.

don't mislead the people who already troubled with JKH, i don't see any expectation coming months its a mind set to dump all money pumped to JKH W23, at the moment i am 16/= above the original price, RIP my 5Mil money.
