Purposely Bring Down the Market and Attract the Foreigners
Capital gains tax only consideration never do it this and nothing matter.
Right Now Foreigners buying in the market and today foreign buy 523 million.

always GOVT helping to suddo to enter the market. then they will issue positive news . IMF fund, remove capital gain tax bla bla bla and make them rich. we always poor fellows.

And the situation now is fhat people get panic and sell with 10-20% loss, which is much more worst than cgt.

There are two things
1 this is just a proposal, doesnt mean its approved.
2 if the govt is implementing it can impact the institutional investers and hnwi

its not the foreigners who's buying it's the locals. upto now only yesterday there was a positive foreign inflow.
