i have some shares of GSF , and GSF recently [31.12.2015] changed the name as ''summit finance'' and i don't know why they changed the name.
if any new party going to buy this GSF company?

GSF main share holder is sarvodaya finance. Sarvodaya had to merge with GSF because of the central bank pressure when Kabral was CB Governor . They have enough funds. So don't worry about GSF till their main share holder is Sarvodaya.
