in normal lot also there is a single transaction of 3,114,600 shares at 12.60

Is it Mr. Ajith Devasurendra sold his stake in RICH. As of 4QFY11 Mr. Ajith Devasurendra held 22.8 million shares. May be he is collecting funds for Brown Investment IPO. Recently he has sold FLCH shares too.
