SEMB.N0000 hit rs. 2/60. Why does not SEMb.X0000 follow the lead?

Remember that SEMB.X has lot of shares in the market due to the right issue.

When SEMB.N rises up , it does quickly and comes down the same. So when SEMB.N rises then spontaneously SEMB.X does not rise.
It waits for SEMB to consolidate. As the SEMB.N fluctutates guess people do not enter SEMB.X quickly.

This is just an observation.

N- voting shares comes with the power to control the company. Therefore, when a merger or take over happens, people buy voting shares. Hence they trade at a premium.

ex- BLUE- due to recent takeover BLUE.N appreciated 3.3 to 7.7. But BLUE.X did not appreciate that much. It went from 1.8-2.2.

When it comes to SEMB, once SEMB.N was 1.7 and SEMB.X was 0.8. Then SEMB.N appriciate up to 3, but SEMB.X slightly managed to hit 1.2 and came down.

Hence I prefer voting shares than none voting, except LGL.X and SEYB.X
To me, these shares always follow the voting share.

I agree with u.
When we look at the order book semb.x has usually got >20mn(sometimes morethan 30 or 40mn) shares in selling orders for at one price but in semb.n it is usually not morethan 5mn(actually 2-3mn).

yesterday some one suddenly cleared the 2.50 lot. A huge quantity.

actually I played well in semb.n and x.it varies in a small range.

Can we decline this proposal and keep the present number of shares held?
What are the repercussions of such refusal?
With so much shares, the true value would be diluted or not?
