Anyway he was the major shareholder having 102.943,733 shares(23.78%) even as at 31.03.2011. May be he has decided to increase his stake for some reason.Total number of shares as at 31.01.2011 as per March 31st reports is 432,877,600.

So for the sake of his name Let's start buying VLL shares at a premium.

He is long term planner and not short term...he will invest for his grand children...power sector will have bright future in coming year....that is y he pay his premium for these type of shares.....
Who can invest money for long term...even FLCH also a good share @ 4.60

Agree with you m2_yapa, Dr. S had 17% of shares of VLL as at 31.12.2009 being the second biggest shareholder. Now as at 31.03 2011 he owns 23.78 % stake and he has become the major shareholder of this company. With the recent purchasing his stake may have gone up further. But once he stop buying price would be droped to previous position. This is my view only. Not recomonding for buy/sell or to hold.
