VFIN has a 95.00% chance.And i have another one in my mind..
I have seen some interesting share transactions in a banking share..These days im collecting small quantities from that bank..Will let you all know after geting a confirmation..

EPS over 13 , PE still less than 5, NAV nearly 48 ... Growing aggressive well managed company with consistently good results having the potential to be a leading player under DP .... What else you need voight ?

Considering the stock has enough liquidity in the market, why would they go for a split?

May be they can capitalize reserves ?

In share split new share is issued to the shareholder at no cost. It reduces the par value of share. Market capitalization remains constant. True, split increases the liquidity of high priced shares making affordable to small investors. Split is done when company thinks that their price level is much beyond that of competitors or sector. Are these grounds strong enough that VFIN thinks of splitting?

I am generally buying shares for a long term. Basically over 1 year. Not sure whether this is ok to buy at CMP?

Also the dividend is due this week right ?
