To whom it may concern. A bearish pattern has been identified. Bull/Bear Power (13) as well as ROC indicates strong sell. RSI close to lower band of neutral range.

The below is the projected results for Alufab for FY 16/17. Positive factors to note are growing revenue, increasing margins coming from decline in RM prices, possible tax reversals due to c/f losses and 100% debt free company. Cash balance as at 31st March was 120mn.

It has issued share capital of 12 mn with 10 mn holding by top 20 and 7.5mn holding by Hayleys.

At the current price of 51.90 the share is trading at a forward PE of 12.2x which is at a premium to the industry PE. Think the low free float and the nature of turn around of the company has attracted investors to this stock and that drives the share to be this much expensive.

In technical grounds charts indicating BUY signals with RSIs still within the neutral scenario.

For long term investors it looks like a promising stock for me but I do not recommend it to short term oriented traders.

ALUF is one of a great potential stock in very short term it will pass 55 levels. The company has got a billion value supply contract for a reputed client so no doubt on future sales.
Scatters are above 95% so any time it can blast with HAYLEYS journey.
ALUF has nearly 150 million free cash in hand

Nice to see expert ideas. My broker also strongly recommend ALUF.

He said ALUF touch 60 very easy soon. I got it 50 mark.

ALUF can go to 75+ journey before ending this year and very soon it will cross 60+ marks with coming developments. Keep your eye on ...

ALUF will get sister effect as I said earlier. Definitely ALUF can pass 60 levels . there is a big reason for that .
ALUF also major holding HAYleys so going to enter billion sales agreement . this announcement may come around November some times early next year.
ALUF also have high level of blood heating PV scatters so small attention can give a mega blast.
There are many more reasons to ALUF growth .
ALUF free cash nearly 150+ million . the recent oversubscribed HAYleys debentures money are rotating every where in subsidiaries.
Initially ALUM climbed 15 to 18 levels. HEXP got a good attention but still ALUF didn't get much attention.
In medium term ALUF can climb to 75+ levels with modern developments. Most if the HAYleys developments main supplier will be ALUF based on material needs.
Now ALUF is providing all materials to Mr.dhammika s hotels also. The best example is Kingsbury.
That's totally materials from ALUF..
Tomorrow ALuF can touch 55-57 levels.
previously ALUF was trading 140 levels but that's a pure manipulation.
How ever medium to long ALUF can touch 75+ levels easily most probably before ending of this year.
