Latest financials revels that the company is breaking even for the FY 2015/16. The company seems to be doing good but Royal Fernwood seems to be dragging down the group results. The revenue growth YoY seems marginal but margins have improved which drives the profits.
Is this sustainable is the question..

As I hinted now I can see some positives for this stock.

Q1 16 PAT 2Mn
Q2 16 PAT 45Mn

Gross margin has seen improved YoY plus operating costs and finance cost decline. I observed an increase in operating cash flow as well.

Today closing price was 7.30. Six month EPS is 0.29. If this trend continues for the next two quarters then the EPS will be probably 0.84 means a short term PE of 8.7x where manufacturing sector PE of 8.9x. PBV of 0.6x where sector PBV is 1.6x.

I smell a short term gain potential of DPL from tomorrow purely driven by their latest quarter result. A short term price surge to about Rs10/- is likely.
