You are refering to the T+3 rule. This is abolutely for day trading/short term trading. What if you stuck in between. You have to either sell at a loss or pump your own money. This strategy will work only when the market is in absolute bull trend and moving like a rocket. Current market has not reached there yet.

My advise is invest your own money and buy to that level only. Don't go for credits for the time being. You may use your spare money ( which are not needed for you within medium term) so that you can wait till your investment bear fruits.
