As i said you guys few days ago..it says that FLCH NAVPS is Rs. 4.61 according to their last financial report. Currently trading level: 4.50-4.60. For me this looks very attractive and if i am not mistaken this traded at 7.00LKR with a crossing previously. So this is at its rock bottom

Yes... FLCH has recorded good profits in last financial year.. I am also very much favor.

NOTE : currently i am holding FLCH shares.

FLCH should be good as a long term investment. but flch need to diversify their holding because currently its whole profit comes from plantation sector.
I did not hear any news yet related to real estate or hotel sector investment that they aim to use IPO funding.

in their WEB site mention they are going to built two ECO friendly hotels...in Pussellawa ....Geragam boutique Hotel and AYR boutique hotel... Hope that those they mention in the IPO

Now this is trading at 4.80. So people who listened at the correct time would have earned something buy now it self. I added it to my 17th June watch list tooo... Smile

hmm.. ya..ya.. this should hit to some extend. They have got profit. and it is trading at it's NAVPS level. i feel there's a collection process going around slowly.

Ask him to sniff some good shares for us..

BTW, many FLCH are in my bag, kept for next year gains.

I tried 100,000 more @ 4.50 today but failed. But got some @ 4.60 yesterday.

For newcomers who do not want to lose their hard earned money by picking highly appreciated stuff, FLCH is a good share , for short term & long term.

Agreed. This is almost in the rock bottom. You will not loose much if you invest in this but can not expect quick gains in a short period.
